What do you know? its been a year already since I make this Blog. It's a bit late, really, when Blog is not that "Hip" anymore and I'm already at my 40-ties, Yeah! where have I been? Lol

Anyway, I made this blog as my personal display for my Zeon model kits. They are going to get dusty and eaten by age when I left it in the display rack. But here, they'll get immortalized on the internet forever! (i hope) and I could see them wherever or whenever I want as long I got a connection.  It's the bliss of technology.

Along this year, I've posted 40 times in this blog, and during that times they've been viewed by people 6000+ times (it's not accurate since I guess 10% of it just myself) It's a small number for a blog, but it means so much there are a lot of people seeing my works and this is more than I imagined will be.

In the early stages of the One Year War, the Principality of Zeon's Flanagan Institute had been searching throughout the colonies of Side 3 and Earth for Newtypes, and thus began a program to design and manufacture weapons for Newtype use. The first of these was the MAN-03 Braw Bro. It was a mobile armor that was the size of a small battleship. It has the distinction of being the first mobile weapon to be equipped with the psychic communicator "Psycommu" system for piloting the MA and controlling the only weapons

A prototype of the Braw Bro was tested near Side 6, piloted by Simus Al Bakharov. It was destroyed by the crew of the SCV-70 White Base. A second unit was constructed based on the recovered data from the original unit, and the Newtype pilot came in the form of Zeon Lieutenant Challia Bull, a Jupitris transport ship captain that had exhibited Newtype abilities.

Originally developed by Anaheim Electronics for the Anti Earth Union Group as the "MSA-002", it was designed to be an all-around better version of the RMS-106 Hizack. However, due to pressure from the Titans, Anaheim presented them with the design when the Titans started to turn their attention towards Anaheim's support of the AEUG. It was formally adopted and put into mass production as the "RMS-108", being the eighth machine developed at the Granada base.

After the First Neo Zeon War, many of these Marasai were destroyed. Some of those that survived were later used by old Principality of Zeon remnants, who repainted the Marasai in their own distinctive green color scheme.

ACA-01 GAW "C-508"

GAW ATTACK CARRIER C-508

History:
Gaw Attack Carrier C-508 was the fourth from the first batch of ACA-01 Gaw type flying fortress built by Principality of Zeon military engineer in California Base facility to support the Zeon's Earth Attack Force. After her commission on June U.C. 0079, C-508 was assigned to the 2nd Terrestrial Mobile Divisions which operated on the west and east coasts of North America.

Nickname:
During her services, C-508 was well known among the mechanic and maintenance crews as the "most troublesome plane on the whole air fleet". There's always trouble with her just before any missions. Ranging from a fatal failure like tire hydraulic jamming, crashing navigation system, to something just minor inconvenience like squeaking sound in the co-pilot chair. Because of this, the ground maintenance crews nicknamed her "Naughty Aunt" hence the initial "NA" on her hull.

Last Services:
On the last days of Zeon occupation on earth, thousands of troops, and equipment needs to be evacuated from far away outposts to any Zeon base with a facility to evacuate from the earth, such as Odessa or other HLV facilities. Somehow during this time, with a miracle, C-508 the "Naughty Aunt" was flying without any problem or any malfunction at all. Even that day she flew 3 times farther from any other Gaw in services along the East and west coasts, picking up soldiers and provisions, taking them to Odessa, the last Zeon defensive line.

Final Fate.
On November 9 U.C. 0079, Odessa falls to the hand of Earth Federation Forces. Just before the falls, C-508 "Naughty Aunt" along with 6 other Gaws and many Zeon's vehicles were burned and destroyed by the last Zeon Forces to prevent it from being used by the enemy.

And thus, the landing pad of Odessa airfield became the final resting place for a troubling but dependable aunty.

MS-18E KÄMPFER

In the few remaining days and weeks before the end of the One Year War, the Principality of Zeon churned out several new prototype mobile suits. One of these new units was known only as the YMS-18 Kämpfer Prototype, which Zeon engineers quickly began producing different variations and redesigns to create custom units meant to excel in specific mission roles. One of the variations created was the MS-18E Kämpfer.

Despite the drawbacks of limited armor and high fuel-consumption, the Kämpfer was still an incredible mobile suit. Due to its late introduction to the war, only a few units were ever produced. A single Kämpfer was fielded by Zeon's Cyclops Team during their infiltration of the Libot Colony in the neutral Riah Republic of Side 6 on the 20th of December, Universal Century 0079. This unit, piloted by an inebriated Mikhail Kaminsky, destroyed the entire Scarlet Team mobile suit squadron of the assault carrier Gray Phantom single-handedly.

The "E" in the MS-18E Kämpfer's model number was an abbreviation for the German word "einhauen," which translates to "one strike." "One strike" summed up the suit's role as a fast assault unit that was meant to strike quickly, cause massive damage with its varied weapons loadout, and make a fast escape. The Kämpfer was a very focused design, never intended to work outside of its role. Within this role it was an exceptional unit, rivaling the Federation's RX series in firepower and speed. It was equipped with numerous thrusters and verniers to achieve high maneuverability. Conversely, the large number of thrusters resulted in higher fuel consumption rate, limiting its operational time

By the middle of the One Year War, the Principality of Zeon was well aware that the Earth Federation Forces was researching and developing mobile suit projects to counter the Zeon's army of mobile suits. Despite Zeon's advanced mobile suit technology, the appearance of the RX-78-2 Gundam with its beam rifle technology followed by the mass production RGM-79 GMs equipped with the Beam Spray gun quickly negated Zeon's advantage.

The Zeonic company decided that its mobile suits needed to incorporate the vastly superior beam weapons into its mobile suit designs. So, when the plans for the new mobile suit (MS-11 Gelgoog) showed up, they redesigned the plans to be able to use beam weapons. The project implemented development data from the MS-06R-2 Zaku II High Mobility Type, which lost to Zimmad's MS-09R Rick Dom as Zeon's mainstay space combat MS. The plans for the original "MS-11 Gelgoog" only allowed it to use ballistic weapons like the machine gun, and its power output was unable to handle a Beam-based weapon. After redesigning the plans, the mobile suit was capable of using beam-based weapons. Removing the designation "MS-11" and shifting it to the Pezun Project's MS-11 Action Zaku, they redesignated the new mobile suit "MS-14", but retained the name. The initial production Gelgoog is known as the YMS-14 Gelgoog. The United Maintenance Plan was implemented during production of the Gelgoog. The Gelgoog was mainly produced at Granada and A Baoa Qu, with some documents describing the overall number of units being 738.

After the war, some units were taken by the Federation to serve as high-performance aggressor trainer units, while others escaped into deep space with various Zeon remnants; the majority had either died at A Baoa Qu or were marched off to the scrapper's torch. Some examples of old MS-14 Gelgoog units survived postwar in museums. During U.C. 0088 one unit would be used by the Blue Team of the African Liberation Front rebel group and painted in their distinctive light blue-on-blue colors. In U.C. 0096, a number of these mobile suits survived and would be used by "The Sleeves" during the third of the major Neo Zeon Movements.
